The ob/gyn service line is in active development at PHII. Once active, this page will host the full referral indications, records-to-include, and coordinator contact for ob/gyn referrals.
In the meantime, if you have a patient whose concern overlaps with our current scope — particularly with pelvic floor or anorectal care — please send the referral through the main coordinator line. We will route appropriately.
